We have entered the ESTAS Awards! ESTAS is a popular customer review platform that selects award winners based solely on verified reviews from existing customers. Currently ESTAS holds the biggest annual event for the UK residential property industry looking at the customer service of agents, brokers, conveyancers and suppliers.

With SJM Properties being a company that avoids extensive marketing campaigns and instead relies heavily on reviews and word of mouth, we are so excited to hear your say (or even possibly be in the running for one of these prestigious awards)!

As an ESTAS member we are committed to delivering the best service we can. Whatever your experience you’ll be able to rate us on an independent survey giving us valuable feedback and the chance to be recognised for our efforts

Reviews can be done by anyone who has used our services to include both landlords and tenants.
