I was recommend Steve through a friend. I will forever be grateful to my friend for recommending him.I was moving over seas for a few yeaes and needed to rent my house out whilst away. I had no idea what to do or how the process worked. I contacted Steve and he came round the following week.He laid everything out in simple terms and made sure i understood everything.Even since the process strated Steve has been so easy to contact. Terrible real estate agency. I do not recommend it to anyone. Negligence with the customer, disregard, not being there when you need them. Anyway, be careful.
