A fully managed package gives you the reassurance that we are taking responsibility for your property. We will act on your behalf to deal with all tenant queries and any day to day issues that arise. We will update you on any changes in tenancy laws and you will have relevant access to your documents, as well as profit and loss statements via our landlord portal.
SJM Properties will find the right tenant for you. We will market your property to find you a tenant as quickly as possible. We will complete the pre-tenancy checks, full referencing, right to rent checks and credit checks. Once we have completed the tenancy agreement, we will move your tenant in and hand over to you to continue daily management of your property.
We will provide you with all the benefits of the tenant-find service plus the reassurance that SJM Properties will collect the rent payment each month on your behalf. This package does not include any communication with the tenant regarding maintenance issues.

We will make sure that landlords and tenants are abiding by the current regulations and we will always inform you of any changes that come into place.
How do we ensure our landlords are protected?
We are a registered member of UKALA and their Client Money Protection Scheme. This is a client money protection scheme to ensure your money is handled in the correct manner.
