All prospective tenants will complete a pre application form before viewing the property. Interested tenants must meet the strict referencing criteria, right to rent check and credit check. Details of prospective tenants will be shared with the landlord
Agreement of tenancy terms
All checks are finalised plus a tenancy agreement and legal documentation signed. Deposit registered with the deposit protection service (DPS) on behalf of the tenant.
As your agent we will provide a link for your tenant to report any issues or maintenance requirements. We can arrange for our contractors to meet all necessary requirements.
