SJM Properties wins award ahead of the 22nd ESTAS Awards, the biggest award scheme in the UK residential property industry.

The Taunton based agency SJM properties received the best in postcode award in the South West Bristol & Somerset region and have been shortlisted to attend the prestigious ESTAS Customer Service Awards 2025 sponsored by Reapit & PayProp.

The awards are powered by customer ratings submitted through ESTAS own review platform, which recognises the best estate and lettings agents in the UK, and aims to celebrate their dedication to providing outstanding customer service. These reviews are based on feedback from landlords, tenants and homeowners, and is measured over a 12-month period, to provide an honest overview of the service provided.

As a postcode winner, SJM properties have been shortlisted to win a prestigious county, regional or national trophy at the famous ESTAS Awards later this year in front of 1,200 of the UK’S top property professionals.
