SJM Properties is a Taunton based Letting Agent with our offices situated at The Crescent in the heart of Taunton Town Centre. All our managed properties are in close proximity to us, mostly residing in Taunton, Wellington, Bridgwater and a few stretching as far as Yeovil. Having them all within an hour's drive allows us to be present in the undertaking and management of each one.

Being a local independent agent, we pride ourselves in our vast knowledge of the Taunton property market and local amenities which enables us to devise achievable and realistic rental values. We get you the best price, without overpromising and underdelivering!

Our service is personal, our agents live local, and at least one of them would have visited each of our fully managed properties regularly. This makes us familiar with its layout and contents and provides us the opportunity to build a rapport and lasting relationship with its tenants.

In addition, all queries by both new and existing landlords and tenants come directly to us rather than being forwarded to a remote maintenance team, thus allowing us to deal with any situation quickly and efficiently.
