AS 2026 ESTAS CONTENDER
FOR OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE

SJM Properties has qualified as a contender at the ESTAS awards, the biggest award scheme in the UK residential property industry.

SJM Properties, has received Bronze and Silver awards in both landlord and tenant categories in the South West Bristol & Somerset Region 2025 and have been shortlisted to attend the prestigious ESTAS Customer Service Awards 2026, sponsored by Reapit and PayProp.

The winners were announced by the country’s favourite TV property presenter Phil Spencer at the at the Grosvenor House Hotel in the heart of London’s Mayfair in front of 1,200 of the UK’s top property professionals.

The awards, hosted by renowned television personality Phil Spencer, celebrate their 23rd anniversary this year. Powered by The ESTAS’ proprietary customer review platform, the awards recognise excellence in customer service among estate and letting agents, based on service ratings provided by homeowners, tenants and landlords.
